Introducing Thought Tools

I’m so excited to share that the new Thought Tools page is officially live! These resources provide various ways to think about and process one’s experience with hair loss, whether from alopecia or some other cause.


If you've read any of this blog, you know that I have worked hard to accept hair loss and even find beauty in this journey. I have used these tools repeatedly throughout the years, and have found them to be enormously helpful in thinking about and learning to live (and thrive) with alopecia. 


I will continue to add new resources in the months ahead, and I hope these tools may be helpful to you (or someone you love) on this journey. Check them out here.
