A little about Me . . .

25+ Year Alopecian

I was first diagnosed with alopecia areata in the fall of 1998, as a sophomore in college. My hair left, came back, flirted with leaving again, decided to stay for a while, and then ultimately packed its bags. I still hope for a reunion, but am embracing life without it.

Writer

I use writing as a way to sift through my thoughts, better understand myself, and share myself with others.

Coach
I am a professional coach, helping people find clarity and direction so they can live fulfilling lives aligned with what they value most.

Wife

My husband and I have been married since 2005. He's my best friend, my champion, my favorite person. I love to do life with him.

Mom

I am Mom to a wonderful, bright, funny, kind, delightful boy who lights up my life every single day.
